  • 2 boxes jiffy corn bread
  • 8 oz reduced fat sour cream
  • 14 oz canned or thawed frozen corn, drained
DIRECTIONS
  1. heat oven to 400°
  2. lightly spray - 9x13 pan
  3. bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
