Booze-y Pudding Shots!
  • Servings: about 3 dozen
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes
  • 1 6-oz box of instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup Irish cream liquor
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 8-oz containers of Cool Whip, thawed
  1. Combine pudding mix & milk in a bowl. Add Irish cream & vodka & whisk until smooth. Add the Cool Whip, a large dollop at a time & fold together until thoroughly mixed, but still light & fluffy. Line a cookie sheet with dixie cups. Pour about 2 oz. of the pudding mixture into each cup. Cover with plastic wrap & freeze until ready to serve. Allow to thaw about 15-20 minutes before "shooting." (I eat mine with a spoon)
It's pretty much the most delicious, drunk dessert ever.
