Blueberry muffins

  • 1 stick of butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • extra sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Separately combine dry ingredients. Add to batter alternately with milk. Stir in blueberries. Divide among 12 greased muffin cups. Sprinkle the tops with a little extra sugar.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees. 15-20 minutes. Cool 15 min in pan, then remove to rack to cool completely, or serve warm.
  3. Store uncovered to maintain sugar dry on top.
