Blintz Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- 2 packages of 6 Golden Cheese Blintzes (defrosted)
- 1/4 lb margerine
- 1 8 oz package of egg beaters (or 4-5 eggs)
- 1 1/2 C light sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 C sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place blintzes with fold down in one layer in a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Melt margerine and blend with all ingredients - then pour over blintzes. Bake for 45 minutes
