Black Chicken with Coconut Juice Soup
  • Black chicken (black skin chicken)
  • 2pcs young coconut juice
  • ginseng or dang gui
  • 500ml water
  1. Clean and deskin chicken.
  2. Remove fats if any.
  3. Empty juice from two coconut and scrape meat out of the coconuts.
  4. Place coconut juice in a pot with water and bring to a boil.
  5. Add chicken, coconut meat, ginseng or dang gui and bring to a brisk boil.
  6. Lower heat and let it simmer for an hour.
  7. Serve hot.
