Black Bottom Cupcakes

  • Bowl 1
  • 2 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 C sugar
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 2 C chocolate chips
  • Bowl 2
  • 3 C flour
  • 2 C sugar
  • 10 T cocoa
  • 2 t Baking soda
  • 1 t salt
  • 2/3 C oil
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 2 t vinegar
  • 2 C water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full with chocolate mixture.
  2. Then drop 1 large tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each.
  3. Bake 350 for 30-35 min or till slightly brown on top.
