Betty's Neiman Marcus Bar Cookies

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
DIRECTIONS
  1. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool and then cut into bars.
