Beth's Garlic Bacon Brussel Sprouts
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 15 minutes
- Servings: 4
- Preparation Time: 20 minutes
- Brussel spouts, chopped
- Butter or olive oil
- Fresh garlic, chopped garlic, garlic powder or garlic salt (not all of them)
- Chopped onion or onion powder
- Real Bacon bits (or be fancy and cook your own bacon)
- salt, pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Chop up the Brussel sprouts into little pieces
- 2. Put butter or oil into cast iron pan (cast iron is the best!)
- 3. Toss everything into the pan and cook over medium heat while stirring with a wooden spoon
- 4. Once it's crispy, it's done!
