Beth's Garlic Bacon Brussel Sprouts
  • Cooking Time: 15 minutes

  • Preparation Time: 20 minutes
  • Brussel spouts, chopped
  • Butter or olive oil
  • Fresh garlic, chopped garlic, garlic powder or garlic salt (not all of them)
  • Chopped onion or onion powder
  • Real Bacon bits (or be fancy and cook your own bacon)
  • salt, pepper to taste
  1. 1. Chop up the Brussel sprouts into little pieces
  2. 2. Put butter or oil into cast iron pan (cast iron is the best!)
  3. 3. Toss everything into the pan and cook over medium heat while stirring with a wooden spoon
  4. 4. Once it's crispy, it's done!
This is an easy recipe for busy people! Basically, chop up the sprouts and toss everything in together and cook over medium heat until it's crispy. I don't measure things, so sorry about that, lol. Just use your best guess...that's what I do! Submitted by: "Beth Ritter-Guth"
