Bean Burrito

- 1 cup of beans (i used kidney beans)
- 1 cup red sauce (homemade or store bought)
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 4 tortillas
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- 1. In a pan, add the red sauce, salt and black pepper. Saute for a couple of minutes.
- 2. Add the beans and mix together. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3. Heat up the tortillas.
- 4. Assemble your burrito using the bean mixture, veggies and cheese.
- 5. Serve Hot!

This recipe is super quick and easy to make. It takes less than 20 minutes and is simply delicious. You can use this bean mixture as a topping for nachos or just with some chips if you don't have tortillas or if you don't really want a burrito. Get creative! Make it you own! You can add veggies of your choice and skip the cheese to make it vegan!
