Barbecue Chicken and Vegetable Supper

  • 1 Tbls. vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken
  • breasts
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups red potato wedges
  • 1 jar chicken gravy
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. In 12-inch skillet, heat
  2. oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken, sprinkle with
  4. salt. Cook 4 minutes,
  5. turning once, until browned.
  6. Add potatoes, gravy and
  7. barbecue sauce, stir to
  8. coat and mix. Cover, cook
  9. 5-8 minutes, stirring
  10. occasionally, until
  11. potatoes are tender and
  12. juice of chicken is clear
  13. when center of thickest part
  14. is cut (170 degrees).
