Baked fish in Herbs
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 12
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. any white fish fillets (I like Talapia)
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp each: parsley, chives, rosemary
- garlic-if desired
DIRECTIONS
- Pour oil in shallow baking dish.
- Place fillets in dish.
- Cut lemon in 1/2, squeeze about 1 tsp. juice over fillets.
- Sprinkle with herbs.
- Slice remaining lemon 1/2 into thin slices and arrange on top of fillets.
- Bake at 450 for about 12 min.
