Baked Mini Chocolate Doughnuts

  • 2 Tbsp of Butter
  • 1/8 cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. and 2 tsp of Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp of Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp of Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp of Salt
  • 1/2 tsp of Vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cup of All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup of Milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit and grease doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, vegetable oil, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in egg, beating to combine.
  4. Stir in the baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla.
  5. Stir in the flour into the mixture alternatley with milk (beginning and ending with flour, making sure everything is combined.
  6. Spoon the batter into the pan, filling 1/4 inch shy of the rim.
  7. Bake doughnuts for 10 minutes; remove and wait 5 minutes before turning out of pan.
