Baked Crab and Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans Orleans Fancy White Crabmeat or fresh. (Drain CRAB MEAT)
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pkg Green Giant creamed spinach
  • 1 tbsp Worstershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/3 c fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Old Bay Seafood Spice
  • Crackers of your choice
DIRECTIONS
  1. In separate bowl, drain crab meat, coast crab with old bay spice, until crab meat is no longer white.
  2. Soften cream cheese.
  3. Microwave spinach. Only use 1/2 of the package of spinach.
  4. Place 1/2 the spinach in a bowl, combine all other ingredients. Mix well. Add crab meat, mix again.
  5. Pour in a greased small casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. This is wonderful when served hot.
  7. Serve with Wheat Thins, or Town House, or Ritz cracker
