Baked Crab and Spinach Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans Orleans Fancy White Crabmeat or fresh. (Drain CRAB MEAT)
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 pkg Green Giant creamed spinach
- 1 tbsp Worstershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/3 c fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Old Bay Seafood Spice
- Crackers of your choice
DIRECTIONS
- In separate bowl, drain crab meat, coast crab with old bay spice, until crab meat is no longer white.
- Soften cream cheese.
- Microwave spinach. Only use 1/2 of the package of spinach.
- Place 1/2 the spinach in a bowl, combine all other ingredients. Mix well. Add crab meat, mix again.
- Pour in a greased small casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- This is wonderful when served hot.
- Serve with Wheat Thins, or Town House, or Ritz cracker
