Baby Glazed Carrots

  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp powdered mustard
  • Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1 Place carrots in a saucepan and add 1 inch of water; bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until tender‐crisp.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter with orange juice, sugar, mustard, and pepper; cook and stir until thickened.
