BRUSCHETTA CHICKEN BAKE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (19 oz.) Italian stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 cup shredded motzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place tomatoes with liquid in medium bowl. Add garlic and stuffing mix; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened.
- Set aside.
- Place chicken in a 13 x 9 “ pan; sprinkle with basil and cheese.
- Top with stuffing mix.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
