BBQ beef sandwiches
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 6 to 8
- 2-lb. beef chuck roast, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. mustard
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 6 to 8 onion buns, split
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients except buns in a slow cooker; mix well.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender.
- Serve on buns.
