BBQ beef sandwiches
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 6 to 8
  • 2-lb. beef chuck roast, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t. mustard
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 6 to 8 onion buns, split
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients except buns in a slow cooker; mix well.
  2. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender.
  3. Serve on buns.
