BBQ Tempeh Bowl
INGREDIENTS

  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes
  • Trader Joe's Organic 3 Grain Tempeh
  • Trader Joe's Organic Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • Cilantro
  • 1 can of Corn
  • 1 can of Black Beans
  • Quinoa
DIRECTIONS
  1. Chop Trader Joe's Organic 3 Grain Tempeh and marinate in a bag with Trader Joe's Organic Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook quinoa according to package directions.
  3. Saute BBQ tempeh in a skillet over medium heat until heated through. Approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Chop cherry tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
  5. Drain corn and black beans.
  6. Combine all ingredients over a bed of quinoa and enjoy!
