Auntie Sylvia's Blueberry cake

- 1/2 c butter
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t baking powder
- 1t baking soda
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 c fresh or frozen (defrosted) blueberries
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 c brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
- mix together butter, sugar, and eggs
- Sift all dry ingredients and add alternately in batches with sour cream
- Stir in 1 cup berries and vanilla
- pour 1/2 of the batter into a 9x12 baking dish
- cover with remaining 1 cup berries and sprinkle with brown sugar
- Spread the rest of the batter on top
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes
