Atomic Buffalo Turds

INGREDIENTS
  • 20 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 packages of lil smokies or leftover pulled pork
  • 1 1lb. packages of bacon
  • 1 packages of cream cheese at room temperature
  • Your favorite BBQ Rub
  • 1 jar of minced garlic
DIRECTIONS
  1. Start soaking some hickory chunks in water and get a good fire in your grill going stabilized at 325 degrees
  2. Next, put on some rubber food service gloves.
  3. Get a large bowl and fill it with water.
  4. Put all the Jalapenos in the water
  5. Cut the stem off and slice lengthwise in half.
  6. Clean out the seeds and the veins of the jalapenos.
  7. If your want them hotter, leave some of the veins in
  8. Take one half of a Jalapeno and fill it with cream cheese.
  9. Next, slather some minced garlic on the cheese and then sprinkle your favorite BBQ rub on it.
  10. Put a lil smokie or some pulled pork on and wrapa slice of bacon around it and secure it with a toothpick
  11. Take a pizza screen or grill topper and spray with PAM.
  12. Place the on it and smoke them direct on a raised grid at 325 degrees with Hickory chunks for about 45 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
  13. Take them off and let them cool for a minute as the cheese will be very hot.
