Apple Crisp
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 1 hour
- 1 cup soft butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 cup flour
- 20-25 sliced tart apples
- 1 cup sugar - cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- To make topping mix in order 1 cup soft butter with 2 cups sugar and 2 cups of flour.
- Fill 13" x 9 1/2" x 2" pan with 1 1/2 inches deep with sliced apples.
- Sprinkle about 1 cup of sugar - cinnamon over top.
- Sprinkle on topping (do not pat down).
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
