Appetizer Sausage Meatballs

  • 1 lb. pork sausage, raw
  • 3/4 c. all purpose baking mix
  • 2 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped finely
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Form mixture into 1 inch (2 1/2 centimeters) balls.
  4. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Center temperature of the sausage balls must exceed 165 degrees Fahrenheit (73 degrees Celsius).
