INGREDIENTS
- Yellow Cake Mix
- Small box instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 10 oz. & Up
- Pineapple Coconut Filling:
- Lg Can Crushed pineapple
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/4 stick butter
- 3 T. flour
- 1 can or bag coconut
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Mix and pour into 3 greased and floured pans.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Filling:
- Combine all but coconut and cook over medium heat till thick. Remove from heat and stir in coconut. Spread on cook cake.
