4-INGREDIENT TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE

  • 1 1/4 cup of devil's food or chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 4 tablespoons instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a medium bowl, mix by hand the pudding and the milk.
  2. Gradually add the cake mix and blend well; mixture will be thick.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spread batter evenly in a lightly greased 8x8 cake pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  6. You can leave the cake whole, or cut it into bite-size bars if you wish.

I love chocolate, and I also love cutting corners when time is of the essence. This cake is very easy and so delicious--perfect idea when you need a quick chocolate dessert!! Just a reminder: my recipes serve 2 people, but any of them can easily be doubled to feed more!!
