4-B's Tomato Soup

INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 1 1/2 quarts
- 1-28oz can of diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1/4 c butter or margarine
- 2 T sugar
- 1 T chopped onion
- 1/8 t baking soda
- 2 c heavy cream
DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, combine the first six ingredients.
- Cover and simmer for 1 hour. ]
- Heat cream in double boiler over simmering water.
- Add to the tomato mixture just before serving.
