Why I Love This Recipe
This is a Klenk family recipe - great for Christmas brunch but be sure you make it the night before!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb sausage
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried mustard
2 pieces of bread, sliced into cubes
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Cook the sausage; drain well. Beat the eggs, add the milk, salt, mustard. Layer the bread cubes, sausage, and cheese into a 9x13 dish. Pour the egg mixture over the top of the bread mixture. Place in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
