very teri chicken wings

Why I Love This Recipe
These are really simple but yummy - great for a lazy sunday football day!
Ingredients You'll Need
4 lbs Chicken wings
3T minced garlic
1T minced ginger
1 c soy sauce
1 t dry mustard
1 c sugar
1/2 canola oil
2T lemon juice
1/2 c water
Directions
whisk together all ingredients except chicken wings.
Marinate wings in ziplock bag overnight - I like to put bag in another container just in case there is any leakage.
Bake in single layer for 350 degree over, basting every 1/2 hour, cooking for 1 1/2 hours or until skin is crispy.
