jen's poor student spaghetti

Why I Love This Recipe
More nostalgic than anything, this is a very simple but satisfying asian american pasta dish that i used to make in college. I still make it every now and then, and it still tastes as good as it did back then :)
Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 lb spaghetti, cooked in salted water, cooked al dente and drained
3 egg whites
dash of spicy sesame oil
1/2 t ground sesame seeds
3/4 T soy sauce
Directions
In a non stick pan, cook egg whites over med heat
Add spaghetti and stir in as egg cooks
Add sesame oil, seeds, and soy sauce and mix together as egg finishes cooking
