Ingredients You'll Need
sea water fish sliced marinated with salt and tumeric pwd and fried
florets/brinjals
slit fresh green chillies
onion seed
G+G paste
chillie pwd
salt tumeric pwd, dash of corianda pwd
diced tomatoes
oil
Directions
heat oil add the vegetable and stir fry till half cooked remove
add oil and add the onion seed till they crackle
add slit chillies
add G+G paste corianda pwd tumeric pwd chillie pwd salt stir fry till oil appears
add tomatoes to blend with the masalas
add 1 cup water and the vegetables and the fried fish bring to a boil
serve with rice
