This is a great potluck salad because it is so tasty and crunchy, and holds up well
Ingredients You'll Need
1 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 can spanish peanuts
1/2 bag frozen petite peas, cooked and drained well
dressing
3/4 c best foods mayo
3/4 t curry powder
Directions
Put cabbage, peanuts, and peas in large bowl
Mix mayo and curry powder
Combine with other ingredients and make sure everything is coated well
Refrigerate overnight
