Veg All Casserole
Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe came from my favorite cookbook, A Taste Of Heaven, published around 1998. It's a combination of many recipes from local people sold by a group. My front & back covers are missing so I'm not sure who sold it. This book was a gift to me from my mother for my Hope Chest.
I've made this recipe a few times, and it's very good, I usually use the smaller cans of veggies or ONE of the large can of veg-all. The original recipe does not state what size can to pick up.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cans mixed veggies, drained
1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted (or 4 TB)
1/2 C chopped onion
ritz crackers, crushed
mix all ingredients except crackers. Place in 2 qt baking dish. Top with crackers. Bake at approxmately 350F for about 20-30 minutes or until hot & cheese is melted.
