Turkey Tetrazzini

"Use your leftover Thanksgivng Turkey or Chicken"

Great for leftover turkey or chicken.
Ingredients You'll Need
16 oz linguine, or spaghetti cooked
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 10.5 oz. can cream of celery
1 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom
1 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 cup chicken broth
3-4 cups chopped cooked turkey
8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms, optional
1/2 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook noodles al dente and Set aside.
While noodles are cooking, combine butter, soup, salt, pepper and chicken broth in a medium bowl. Mix well and add turkey chunks. Stir in noodles until well combined.
Spray a 9x13 pan and pour in noodle mixture. Sprinkle cheeses on top along with bread crumbs.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
