Turkey Burgers

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe comes from America's Favorite Brand Name Light Cooking. Each patty is 256 calories eaten plain, but of course you'll want to add condiments and maybe a bun. I enjoy these with just a squeeze of BBQ sauce and a side of shredded lettuce and tomato
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. lean ground turkey breast
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vegetable oil
Directions
Combine the turkey, bread crumbs, egg white, sage, marjoram, salt and pepper in a large bowl and blend until well combined. Shape into 4 patties.
Heat oil in large non-stick or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Brown patties on both sides until fully cooked and done. Serve with you choice of accompaniments and condiments, either alone or on a bun.
