Turkey Bacon Egg Cups

This recipe is great for company and has the taste and mouth feel of a nice omelet, given the spinach and mushroom.
Ingredients You'll Need
12 Strips Turkey Bacon Cut in half.
1, 10 once package frozen spinach.
1, 10 ounce package frozen chopped onion.
1, 4 ounce can mushrooms, diced.
Cup of grated cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle of salt.
Moderate dusting of garlic powder.
Light sprinkle of rosemary.
Canola oil cooking spray.
Take a silicone cup cake pan and spray it with canola oil spray.
Cut turkey bacon strips in half and place into cups, in an X pattern. Ensure you push the m into the form of a lose cup.
Bake the turkey bacon at 400 f for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly cooked and take out from the oven.
Cook the spinach, onion and mushroom in a frying pan until done. Mixture should be relatively dry and almost browned.
Season vegetable mixture with salt and garlic powder.
Once both the turkey bacon and vegetable mixture is cooled, full cups half full with vegetable mixture. Leave enough room for an egg.
Add one egg into each cup.
Put tray back into 400F oven for 20-30 minutes or until eggs are relatively firm.
Pull tray out of the oven.
Top each egg with sole grated cheddar cheese.
Let cool for 5 minutes. Then remove and serve.
