Why I Love This Recipe
When my Dad had a job in Illinois, I was in Princeton Jr. High. They served this for lunch often. My mother got the recipe off a radio show that would give the recipes for our lunches on the air. That was when They cooked from scrach!!!
Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
6 oz. drained flaked tuna
3/8 cup sweet pickle relish
1/8 cup onions, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
6 hot dog buns
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degree.
Dig a small bit of bread out off each side on buns.
Combine first 7 ingredients and fill buns.
Wrap each in foil.
Place in oven 30 minutes.
Do not heat until ready to serve.
