Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
¼ tsp. kosher salt
1 cup chopped mango or pineapple
1 small avocado, chopped
1 15 oz. can no-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
¼ cup cilantro, chopped (optional)


Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, oil, and salt.


Toss with the mango, avocado, beans, jalapeño, and cilantro.
