Three Bean Chili

Ingredients You'll Need
1 can of Black Beans
2 cans of other Beans (Kidney, Pinto, Cannellini, etc)
1 28 oz. can Diced Tomatoes (NOT DRAINED)
1 medium Onion – diced
3 Garlic cloves – minced
1 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
A pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Salt to taste
Directions
Rinse Beans thoroughly until water runs clear. Place all ingredients in a large pot. Stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 25-30 minutes (or more if needed) stirring occasionally, until onions are translucent and beans are tender. Top with grated cheese (optional).
