Such an awesome combination of flavor to make the perfect side dish! Go a step further and add black olives and fresh broccoli.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 box of tricolor Rotini pasta(any pasta noodle will do)
1 bag/ pack of Pepperoni
2 fresh Cucumbers
1 bag Cheese cubes (I like to use pepper jack or cheddar)
1 Red onion
1 container of sweet Cherry Tomatoes
2 bottles of Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing 16 oz each
2 tablespoons of Weber Veggie Grill seasoning
1 teaspoon of Salt
Directions
Start by boiling your pasta until al dente. Rinse with cold water, set aside, and let cool.
I like to remove the skin off of my cucumbers, cut them in half long ways down the middle, then slice them. Place them in the large bowl or pan you plan to serve your pasta salad in.
Next are your cherry tomatoes.. I like to cut mine in half but you can leave them whole if you'd like. Toss them in your bowl/pan.
I finely chop my red onion so they aren't too overwhelming. Also toss those in your bowl.
Add your pepperoni and cheese cubes.
Once your pasta is cool you can add that to your bowl/pan too.
Add your first bottle of dressing and mix thoroughly. Then add the second bottle and mix again.
This is the point where I taste my pasta salad to get an idea of where it is as far as flavor.
Sprinkle your salt and Weber seasoning all over your salad. Mix. Taste again.
Season to taste if necessary.
Refrigerate over night. Mix again well before serving.
