"Chinese Dish"

Serves 4-6 | Prep Time 20 min | Cook Time 25 min

Why I Love This Recipe

If you love hot and spicy you will love this tasty Chinese recipe.

Ingredients You'll Need

3 boneless skinless chicken breast cut in chunks
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 small yellow onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup Tsang brand stir fry Szechuan spicy sauce (got it at marketplace in Chinese
8 oz linguine noodles
16 oz bags vegetables ( I used stir fry that had broccoli,sugar snap peas,carrots)
Small can sliced water chestnuts drained
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil


Cook noodles according to directions.
In large skillet with butter cook chicken chunks until done.
In smaller skillet with olive oil sauté green peppers and onions
I put frozen vegetable in a glass bowl and microwaved for about 4 minutes and let
Them set in microwave until I was ready to use them.
Then to the chicken add the paprika and minced garlic and 1 cup of the
Szechuan sauce stir until well blended. Then add the saluted pepper and onions and the other vegetables and water chestnuts and stir in well. Cook for about 5-7 minutes stirring from time to time. Drain noodles and add to skillet and I added just a little more of the Szechuan sauce to be sure everything got coated with it. And it's ready to serve. It is very spicy so people that don't like spicy or kids may not be able to eat.
