STICKEY DATES PUDDING
Dates .... 120 grs ( small chopped )
Hot water ..................... 200 ml
Baking soda .................... 5 grs
Soft butter ..................... 110 grs
Soft brown sugar .......... 130 grs
Egg ......................... 2 pcs
Rising flour .................... 190 grs
Baking powder ........ 8grs
CARAMELIZE SAUCE
White sugar .................... 150 grs
Butter .................... 170 grs
Whipping cream ............ 330 grs
Vanilla pod ..................... 1 pc
Directions
METHOD for pudding
Dates, hot water and baking soda, add all and rest 10 minutes
Soft butter, brown sugar mix with hand mixture. After mix well add egg slowly, and add flour baking powder and dates mixture, all together and mix well.
Baking Process .... 160*C, 23 minutes.
METHOD For sauce
Heat up small pan and add sugar, and till caramelize. Add butter slowly and stir well. After all melted add cream slow lay and keep on stir well. Remove from the heat and keep on stir well. And add vanilla pod.
