Southern Baked Mac & Cheese__ Clark

Ingredients You'll Need
Elbow macaroni; 2 eggs; Sharp cheddar cheese (12 ounces); 1 can of evaporated milk; 1 stick of butter; 1 cup of milk; Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350º. Bring large pot of water to boil and then salt generously. Add macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain well. Place macaroni in 9" by 13" baking pan.
In a pot, whisk together milk, evaporated milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until mixed together completely. Pour the mixture over the macaroni in the pan.
Add butter and cheese. Stir to combine completely and then top with cheese.
Bake until lightly browned on top and firm in the middle. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. And get ready to experience the tastiest side dish ever!
