8 to 10 corn tortillas of the previous day
Oil to fry
2 to 3 chili peppers pasilla
2 avocados, without bone and cut in dices
155 grams of divided fresh cheese in dices
½ cup (125 milliliters) of thick milk cream, not sweetened
3 green lemons divided for half
Epazote
