Shrimp Mousse mold

Why I Love This Recipe
Another potluck recipe - I wanted to try to update it a bit and give it a "fresher" feel, abd I think that it takes an old classic and makes it fun again.
Serve with crackers
Ingredients You'll Need
1 c best foods mayo
3/4 c finely chopped celery
3/4 c caramelized onion
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 lb small shrimp, poached and minced
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 pack Knox unflavored gelatin
Directions
Heat tomato soup and cream cheese over double boiler, mixing until smooth
Add celery, caramelized onion, mayo, and minced shrimp
Mix gelatin with ½ cup hot water, add to mixture
Pour into mold, chill for 5-6 hours
