Sesame Panko chicken

Why I Love This Recipe
The chicken being marinated beforehand gives these lots of flavor and perfect for a potluck, as you don't need any dipping sauce.
They are great reheated in the toaster oven, it keeps them crispy and almost like fresh!
Ingredients You'll Need
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1” pieces
1/4 c flour
1/2 c cornstarch
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c soy sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1 T roasted garlic
2 t sesame oil
1 t grated ginger
1 bag panko
¼ c white sesame seeds
canola oil for frying
Directions
put all ingredients but panko and sesame seeds into ziplock bag
squash everything around really well so chicken pieces are completely covered and put bag in fridge overnight
mix panko and sesame seeds together in large ziplock bag
drop pieces of chicken into bag and make sure they are completely covered with panko mixture
heat oil to 350 degrees and fry chicken in batches
