Why I Love This Recipe

Cabbage is a good source of vitamin K, vitamin C and dietary fiber.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 small cabbage cut in bite size chunks
1 onion chopped
3 garlic cloves minced
3 roma tomatoes diced
3 bay leaves
3 sprigs of thyme
dash of olive oil
cilantro for garnish


Directions

In a wok sauté everything together until blended al dente.
Garnish with cilantro.
