"Restaurant Style salsa in just a few easy steps"

Why I Love This Recipe

Who doesn't love some salsa ? or even better who doesn't love restaurant quality salsa with having to load the whole family up to go to a restaurant. Easy simple recipe the whole family will enjoy!

Or if you're like me and have a firefighter at home, this is his go to!

Ingredients You'll Need

8-10 Tomatoes
4 Serrano peppers ( or substitute for 4 jalapeno peppers)
1 Onion
2-3 cloves garlic
Fresh Cilantro (dried works also!)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chicken bullion powder


Directions

In a cast iron skillet add a little oil.
Add tomatoes, peppers, garlic, and onion.
Roast until start to become slightly charred and soft.
Then dump everything into a blender or food processor
Add the 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder. 1 teaspoon chicken billion powder and chopped cilantro to the blender also.
Then pulse the blender until at a preferred texture.

Serrano peppers are HOT. So if you prefer less heat use jalapeno peppers. Can also cut back on the amount of peppers. Can also roast everything over a grill
