Why I Love This Recipe
This is a traditional Mexican Salsa. What you will need and how to do it:
Ingredients You'll Need
4 Tomatillo
2 Serrano Chile
1 spoon full of Chicken Bouillon
1 Onion
Cilantro
Directions
Tomatillos (4) Roast until soft
Serrano Chile (2) Roast until soft
When you have roasted them you can peel the skin or leave it on. You will need to put them in a blender & add a little water just to get the juices flowing and 1 spoon full of Chicken Bouillon. Blend until it becomes watery.
Onions (1) chop onions and add to the salsa
Chop Cilantro and add to salsa
Chop Toamtoes and add to Salsa
