Questions, Comments & Reviews

I just use 100% whole wheat bread crumbs an 1 egg and 1 egg white, with minced onions to a can of samlon. I never thought of corn meal. I will have to try it. Thanks.

SOunds good. Salmon patties is something I haven't been successful, and your recipe might be the help, I need.

These sound really good and a little different than I make. I usually use crushed soda crackers instead of the flour, corn meal and B Powder. I just wonder how different they would be. We do love salmon patties and it is also healthy. Anna
