Ingredients You'll Need
1 kg. flour
400 ml. warm water
1 packet of butter
1 packet of yeast
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp sugar
One cube of yeast is mixed with 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. sugar, a little flour and 100 ml. warm water, to the density of boza. The mixture is expected to bubble.
The eggs must be put out of the refrigerator beforehand to room temperature. It is important for the rising of the bread.
2 eggs + 4 tbsp. oil + 1 tbsp. sugar + 1 tbsp. salt + 1kg. flour + 300 ml. lukewarm water mix and knead a soft dough. It remains to be doubled in volume. Stir again and beat 100 times (on the table or kitchen counter). The dough should be divided into 6-7 balls. Each ball is rolled to the size of a large plate. Grease with oil, without the latter. The arranged rolled layers are rolled up to 1 cm thick, greased with oil and rolled into a roll. It is also greased with oil, twisted and cut and arranged in a pre-greased pan.
Leave to rise again until the dough fills the whole pan. After rising, spread with 2 egg yolks, mixed with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 190-200 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
