Rosalie's Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

One of Pat Sailstad’s recipes. She attributed it to Rosalie Sailstad.
Ingredients You'll Need
1- 3 oz package of dried beef- finely cut 1 cup
1- 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped pimento stuffed olives
2 tsp prepared horseradish
2 cups potato chips, cornchips or nuts crushed
Mix together first 5 ingredients.
Shape into a ball
Pat on crushed chips or nuts to outside of ball
Chill 1 hour in refrigerator
Serve with assorted cocktail crackers
