Ramona's Mexican Chip Dip
Why I Love This Recipe
Imagine making a homemade Mexican dip with minimal ingredients, yet very flavorful.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 - 16oz can refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 – 7oz bottle of green taco sauce
Cheddar cheese 10oz
Cook taco meat according to packet directions. Mix refried beans into taco meat. Place in bottom of greased 9x13 baking dish.
Stir together sour cream and green taco sauce. Layer onto meat/bean mixture.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake in 325˚ oven for 20-25 minutes.
Pairs Well With
Tortilla Chips or even crackers, if desired.
